An Excellent Meeting For Our Fellowcraft Candidate & Our Treasurer

Our meeting of 26th March 2025 was an evening of multiple celebrations at Lodge 1029.

With visiting masters and a superb deputation from the Provincial Grand Lodge of Midlothian headed by Provincial Grand Master Robert Law accompanied by Deputy Provincial Grand Master John Brown Wilson

Firstly we congratulate Bro Pawel Zakrzewski on reaching the level of Fellow Craft Freemason. The next step on his Freemason journey.

Secondly was a £700 cheque presentation from members of Widows Sons Solomon’s Guard Scotland to The Edinburgh Combat Project

RWM Stewart Walls and WSSGS Chapter President Bro Jim Strawbs Wilson presented to the cheque to Pawel Zakrewski Co Founder of the Charity that helps younger children get access to martial arts.

Thirdly Bro Ryan Robinson became affiliated to the lodge and was welcomed by all the brethren.

Last, but not least was a celebration of our Lodge Treasurer Alan Purves who celebrated his 60th birthday today.

The evening was completed with an unofficial harmony and some excellent stovies prepared by Bro James Greeno Green.

A fantastic evening and we thank all our visitors and the deputation for attending.
