On Wednesday 27th August 2025, Lodge Colinton & Currie No.1029 was delighted to witness Bro. Edward Janusz take an important step in his Masonic journey as he was Passed to the Fellowcraft Degree.

The evening was one filled with pride and brotherhood. Bro. Edward conducted himself with dignity and respect throughout the ceremony, earning warm compliments from his fellow brethren on his manner and understanding of the work.
The degree was carried out under the guidance of our Right Worshipful Master, Bro. Stewart Walls, whose leadership and dedication ensured the evening was both memorable and meaningful.
Adding to the significance of the occasion, a number of visiting Reigning Masters and Past Masters were present, their attendance further highlighting the importance of such milestones in a Mason’s progress. They came from both the Province of Midlothian, the Province of Edinburgh and the Province of East Lothian to be part of Bro. Edward’s Masonic journey.
Moments like these remind us of the strength of our Lodge, the bonds of fellowship we share, and the proud traditions we uphold. We look forward to supporting Bro. Edward as he continues his journey in Freemasonry, building upon the lessons of the Craft and contributing to the life of the Lodge.
Congratulations once again to Bro. Edward on attaining the Fellowcraft Degree — a true achievement and a moment to be cherished.
